Novicap is an end-to-end working capital solutions provider focused on enabling CFOs/Finance teams of SMEs to pay their suppliers and collect from their customers. This includes short-term credit (factoring, supply chain finance and loans) and payment automation solutions.
With offices in Barcelona and Madrid, we are currently looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to join our team. You will help in bringing top talent to the team so we can take Novicap to the next level.

Your mission
As mentioned, you will be responsible for bringing in top tech talent for Novicap, supporting and executing thoughtful people initiatives. His/her main objectives will be to hire the most competent profiles in engineering, product, and data, ensuring they enjoy a great employee journey by supporting the creation of a unique people framework.
More specifically you will:
Partner with Head of Engineer, Engineering Manager, Head of Product and Head of Data to understand their talent needs and lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process
Manage the entire recruitment funnels for technical roles, from lead acquisition to signing contracts in line with agreed priorities and ensuring excellent candidate experience. You’ll also manage their onboarding process!
Creatively scout and source talent
Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for key roles in engineering, product, and data..
Support the design and implementation of key people processes: onboarding (with a special focus on technical onboarding), employee relations, follow-ups, offboarding, etc
In doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap’s long-term growth plans.

Who will you work with?
You will report directly to the Head of Talent and work closely with the rest of the People team and colleagues across Madrid and Barcelona. A young and dynamic team that’s waiting for you with arms open!
You are who we are looking for if you:
Are based in Barcelona
Have 4 to 6 years of successful experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with at least 3 years specializing in technical profiles (engineering, product, data), ideally in a scale-up environment.
Have solid understanding of common technical roles, technologies, and tech stacks (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, databases, agile methodologies)
Demonstrable experience using various sourcing channels for tech profiles
Have keen interest in fintech and work in an entrepreneurial team-based environment
Have Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
Have excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
Have excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment
Are fluent in English and in Spanish (you will really use both of them!)
